Job Title: Account Handler

eCOVERS Insurance Broker is a leading commercial insurance brokerage, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We provide exceptional service and comprehensive coverage to our clients.

What We're Looking For:

  • A highly motivated and experienced account handler with a strong background in commercial insurance.
  • Proven track record of managing customer accounts, processing insurance policy documentation, and liaising with insurers and underwriters.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of motor insurance products, policies, and regulations in the UK is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and process insurance policy documentation and renewals.
  • Manage customer accounts, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Liaise with insurers and underwriters to facilitate policy changes and amendments.
  • Maintain organised records and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and policy management.
