About the Role

eCOVERS Insurance Broker is a leading commercial insurance specialist, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and comprehensive coverage to our clients.

We are seeking an experienced Account Handler to join our team, responsible for handling and processing insurance policy documentation and renewals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial insurance products, policies, and regulations in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer accounts, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Liaise with insurers and underwriters to facilitate policy changes and amendments.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs.
  • Provide expert advice on various insurance products.
  • Collaborate with insurance underwriters to negotiate and secure competitive quotes.
  • Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients, explaining terms and conditions clearly.
