Insurance Account Manager

eCOVERS Insurance Broker is a leading commercial insurance specialist, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We provide exceptional service and comprehensive coverage to our clients.
We are seeking an experienced Account Handler to join our team, responsible for handling and processing insurance policy documentation and renewals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.
- Liaise with insurers and underwriters to facilitate policy changes and amendments.
- Maintain organised records and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and policy management.
Requirements:
- 2 years relevant industry experience in Commercial Insurance (non-motor).
- Knowledge of motor insurance products, policies, and regulations in the UK will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of the unique demands and underwriting appetite.
- Understanding of Property Insurance markets.
