About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Account Handler to join our team at Lawes Insurance Recruitment. As an Account Handler, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients with a variety of insurance needs.
Key Responsibilities- Negotiate with underwriters to issue client renewals, including preparing risk registers and summary of cover documents.
- Resolve client complaints and build relationships to grow accounts through cross-selling.
- Identify risk exposures and advise on insurance and risk management solutions.
- Handle client queries in a professional manner and process them effectively.
- Support the directors/executives in servicing client policies.
- Maintain accurate policy documentation and continued professional development.
- Competent use of Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of Acturis (training provided).
- Good telephone manner and desk management skills.
