Key Responsibilities:- Prepare high-quality, accurate client documents and obtain renewal terms.
- Expertly handle queries about client policies and confirm cover with relevant insurers.
- Process policies and chase up outstanding documentation when required.
- Prepare debit notes and summaries of cover while ensuring the secure delivery of policy documentation from insurers.
- Take care of account queries and credit control matters promptly.
- Align with key legal and regulatory policies.
- Deep knowledge of general insurance products, services, and classes of insurance.
- Ability to handle sensitive information and use initiative to be risk-aware in your role.
- Good planning and analytical skills with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
