Insurance Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Account Manager to join our team at Lawes Insurance Recruitment. As an Insurance Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' Account Executives and Account Directors.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare top-quality client documents, obtain renewal terms, and provide alternative quotations to ensure seamless policy administration.
- Expertly handle client queries about policy details, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
- Confirm cover with insurers, process policies, and chase outstanding documentation to ensure efficient policy delivery.
- Prepare debit notes and summaries of cover, ensuring secure delivery of policy documentation from insurers.
- Manage account queries and credit control matters promptly, highlighting any concerns to Account Executives/Directors.
- Align with key legal and regulatory policies, ensuring compliance and risk awareness.
- Develop a deep knowledge of general insurance products, services, and classes of insurance to provide expert advice to clients.
- Grasp the importance of handling sensitive information and use initiative to be risk-aware in your role.
- Notice potential risks and seek advice when required, using a due diligence approach to completing your workload and achieving deadlines.
- Utilize good planning and analytical skills, with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
