About the Role

MW Appointments is seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Broker to join our team in the specialist UK aviation division. As an Insurance Account Executive, you will be responsible for providing commercial insurance solutions to companies operating in the sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts from enquiry through the renewal process
  • Effectively gather information and instructions from clients
  • Pro-actively discuss renewal terms with customers
  • Prepare and produce policy quotes and all necessary policy documentation using IBS platform
  • Promptly respond to all client enquiries throughout the annual policy period
  • Work with third-party producing brokers as necessary
  • Attend client meetings and other events such as shows and events when required

Requirements

  • A proven track record working within UK commercial lines insurance
  • Ability to manage client relationships
  • Excellent client service focus; the customer is always your top priority
  • Good, clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to manage a busy workload in an organised and structured manner
  • A team player

What We Offer

  • Permanent contract
  • Salary to £40,000 + benefits & annual bonus
  • Hybrid working with 2 days in the City office per week and 3 days from home
