We are seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Handler to join our team at eCOVERS Insurance Broker.

As a key member of our brokerage, you will be responsible for handling and processing insurance policy documentation and renewals, managing customer accounts, and ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.

You will also liaise with insurers and underwriters to facilitate policy changes and amendments, maintain organised records, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Additionally, you will support the sales team with administrative tasks and policy management, conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs, and provide expert advice on various insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and process insurance policy documentation and renewals
  • Manage customer accounts and ensure all data is accurate and up-to-date

  • Maintain organised records and ensure compliance with industry regulations
