About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Aviation Broker to join our client's team. As a Senior Aviation Broker, you will be responsible for:
- Day-to-Day Servicing: Providing exceptional service to existing Worldwide Aviation accounts, ensuring timely renewal and growth of these accounts.
- Client and Underwriter Relationships: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and underwriters to drive new business opportunities and account growth.
- Portfolio Growth: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to grow the portfolio, utilizing a commercially-minded approach.
- Market Documentation: Collaborating with the Broker Support Team to ensure accurate and timely market documentation.
- Complex Risk Placement: Placing complex Aviation risks into the London Market Insurance.
- Global Travel: Traveling globally to develop new relationships and expand the business.
- Team Leadership: Eventually leading and managing a team of brokers.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5-7+ years of Lloyd's Broking experience, with a focus on Aviation insurance/reinsurance risks.
- Skills: Strong client and market-facing skills, solid negotiation skills, and a commercially-minded approach.
