London & Partners is seeking a skilled and strategic individual to join our team as Community Engagement and Talent Development Manager. This role will be instrumental in nurturing strategic relationships with key talent and skills organisations across London, while also developing compelling content and events to engage our clients and the broader talent community.
The ideal candidate will have experience of building and managing strong working relationships with external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, and a proven ability to create high-quality content, including written materials, presentations, and event materials.
The successful candidate will be a flexible and resourceful problem solver with the ability to identify creative solutions to complex talent and skills challenges, and an adept researcher and strategist, able to quickly identify solutions where the answer is not immediately clear and prioritise where to focus your time.
The role will involve building and maintaining a network of the leading talent and skills organisations in London, serving as a liaison between client advisors and the talent network, and developing and executing a content strategy aligned with the team's goals and our client's needs.
The successful candidate will be a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, excited to unlock the potential of underrepresented groups in London, with a genuine interest in the talent and skills sector.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the talent market landscape, or the ability to quickly learn and adapt to industry trends, and knowledge of Salesforce would be a bonus.
