The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Strategist to lead by example, business developing and presenting across new and existing accounts. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality recruitment services, building strong relationships with clients, and representing our brand at C-Level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Possess the necessary gravitas for a senior management position
  • Success in representing a brand across C-Level and growing a market-leading division
  • Experience managing and nurturing a successful team while maintaining good personal billing

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
