About the Role

monday.com is expanding rapidly, and attracting top talent to our London teams is our top priority. We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Team Lead to drive our talent acquisition efforts and oversee the hiring process.

This role will shape our success by strategizing talent acquisition, managing the team, and ensuring we attract and hire the best candidates across various fields. Working closely with business leaders, you'll refine our hiring strategies, enhance candidate experiences, and play a crucial role in our growth journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing talent acquisition team, providing mentorship and development opportunities
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies and initiatives to meet the organization's hiring goals
  • Employ innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates, including passive talent, and build a strong talent pipeline
  • Lead end-to-end hiring efforts ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and priorities
  • Mentoring and supporting team members in their professional growth, providing coaching and feedback to enhance their skills and capabilities
  • Monitor and analyze talent metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven decisions
  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand through various talent acquisition marketing strategies
  • Stay up to date with the latest scientific advancements and industry trends to contribute to strategic decision-making
  • Driving innovation and improvement with best practices and new methods
  • Implement strategies to position the organization as an employer of choice within the industry
About You

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong track record of success in driving hiring strategies and building high-performing teams.

Key qualifications include:

  • At least 2-4 years' experience as a team leader / manager in a Hi-tech company
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Experience in talent sourcing and assessment methodologies
  • Ability to multi-task and handle many requirements simultaneously
  • Results-oriented with a competitive drive for success
  • High level of energy, motivation, initiative, and professionalism
  • Impeccable communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of local country law related to recruitment
  • BA in Social Science/Behavioural Science or equivalent
  • Ability to work effectively in a global business with an understanding of cross-cultural differences
  • Demonstrated project leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
