We are seeking a motivated individual to become a part of our Customer Experience team at Menwell Limited, trading as MANUAL. This role is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by helping them navigate their healthcare journey.

As a Digital Health Advocate, you will be responsible for responding to customers across all contact channels, maintaining strong customer satisfaction, and working closely with other teams on operational and customer-facing processes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Service: Respond to customers via phone, email, and other contact channels, ensuring that their queries are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer service records, keeping confidential information secure.
  • Order Processing: Help customers register online, process orders, and offer alternative products and services where necessary.
  • Financial Support: Assist the financial department with customers on security checks, accounting enquiries, and flagged accounting issues.
  • Communication: Keep customers informed about their orders, including any delays or changes in delivery.
  • Pharmacy Support: Work with the Pharmacy team to update missing information, perform ID checks, and report faults.
  • Outbound Campaigns: Participate in outbound phone campaigns as required.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Report customer feedback and associated data, and contribute to the development of workflows that improve automation, speed, and quality.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a high level of empathy, and strong interpersonal skills. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, take the initiative, and be proactive in finding solutions to problems. A passion for technology and a willingness to learn new skills are also essential.
