We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Health Advocate to join our team at TalentSpa Recruitment.

The successful candidate will provide crucial support, empowering individuals to take control of their health and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities- Provide advocacy services to vulnerable adults, promoting their rights and interests.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored support plans.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in advocacy, social care, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competitive salary: £23,088 - £23,292 per annum (dependent on experience).
