Job Title: Complaint Handler in Financial Services

We are seeking a skilled Complaint Handler to join our team at Diligenta, a leading provider of outsourced administration services to the UK Life Assurance and Pensions market.

About the Role:

As a Complaint Handler, you will be responsible for responding to customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our customers, including Lloyds Banking Group, to ensure that their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer complaints and queries via phone, email, or in writing
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong customer service experience, preferably in the life and pensions industry
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
