Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Diligenta. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading provider of outsourced administration services to the UK Life Assurance and Pensions market. You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering a seamless customer experience with empathy and respect.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels
- Assist customers with their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve customer issues and improve service quality
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and regulatory requirements to provide accurate information to customers
- Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve customer service and efficiency
