Job Type: Permanent

Salary and Benefits: Up to £25,000 plus 8% bonus up to 16%, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, excellent pension, 12x salary life assurance, income protection, 3x volunteering days, and more.

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Phoenix Group Holdings. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our Standard Life pension customers, providing them with excellent customer service and support.

The Role:

  • You will assist our customers via telephone and through our secure messaging platform.
  • You will make choices about their pension, which is one of the biggest financial decisions most people make in their lives.
  • You will build relationships across the business to help support the delivery of customer experience.

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • A passion for customer service with a commitment to deliver on your promises and going above and beyond for our customers.
  • Computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
  • No prior experience in contact centre or financial services is required, as full and ongoing training will be provided.
