About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Stores Network, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming and engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Providing expert advice on our digital services and products, and guiding customers through the process
  • Resolving customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve collective goals and provide a seamless customer experience
  • Representing Virgin Money as an ambassador, promoting our brand and values to customers and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and making a positive impact on customers' lives
