About the Role

As a Residential Childcare Worker at One Call 24 LTD, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily lives of children and young people in our care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide practical childcare tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and home maintenance, to ensure a comfortable living environment.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with children and young people, promoting trust and open communication.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each child or young person.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in childcare, preferably in the UK, within the last 2 years.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance required.
  • Ability to work sleep-in shifts and be part of a flexible rota.
Estimated Salary:

£28,000-£38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
