Job Summary

LKQ Euro Car Parts is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Operative to join our team. As a Retail Operative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe working environment in a fast-paced retail setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safety First Culture: Develop and maintain a safety-first culture, prioritizing customer safety and well-being.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Fleet Collaboration: Collaborate with the Fleet team to deliver a customer-first service, achieving high service level agreements.
  • Retail Counter Support: Support the retail counter, ensuring branch retail standards are best-in-class.
  • Order Fulfillment: Deliver a customer-first service through efficient pick-to-manifest times and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Branch Growth: Support branch growth through best-in-class customer service and exceptional service level agreements.
