Job Description

This role requires a seasoned professional to manage relationships with clients, identify growth opportunities, and drive business performance. You'll work closely with our Regional Account Managers to ensure successful onboarding and retention of clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • BUILD TRUST WITH CLIENTS THROUGH OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE
  • IDENTIFY NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES AND DEVELOP STRATEGIES TO CAPTURE THEM
  • COLLABORATE WITH THE SALES TEAM TO DRIVE BUSINESS GROWTH
  • ENSURE CLIENTS RECEIVE EXCELLENT SUPPORT AND RESOLUTION OF ISSUES
Requirements
  • PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
  • ABILITY TO ANALYSE DATA AND MAKE INFORMED DECISIONS
  • KNOWLEDGE OF THE HEALTHCARE INDUSTRY PREFERRED
Estimated Salary

£45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
