**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Specialist to join our team at Folkestone Girls, supporting children with complex needs.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to students with special educational needs, helping them access education and develop essential life skills.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement tailored support plans.

**Requirements:**

  • Degree in Education or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A competitive salary of £23,337 FTE (£17,104 pro rata) plus Special Educational Needs Allowance of £1,386.
