The Role
This full-time position involves working 35 hours per week, contracted on a 4-on/4-off basis, with shifts allocated between 21:00 pm and 07:00 am. You will be employed by Home Care Direct on behalf of the client, with your focus solely on supporting them.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to the client with complex medical needs
- Maintain a clean and safe environment within the client's home
- Assist with light domestic duties
- Communicate effectively with the client, their family, and other healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Prior experience in complex care is essential
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to remain calm under pressure
- Demonstrate a responsible attitude and self-motivation
- Commitment to long-term person-centered care
