We are seeking a dedicated Support Care Worker to join our team in Folkestone. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals with varying support needs to gain independence in their daily lives.

The successful candidate will have experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviors. A full UK driving license is also essential.

The salary for this role is approximately £11.47 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, premium rates for evening and weekend shifts, and career advancement within our organization.
