As a Support Worker at Aspirations Care Ltd, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities, mental health and autism. Job Requirements">We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Support Worker who can provide 1:1 support to individuals with complex needs. The successful candidate will have experience of working with vulnerable adults, excellent communication skills and a passion for empowering individuals to take control of their lives.
Key Skills and Qualifications">- Experience of working with vulnerable adults, particularly those with learning disabilities, mental health and autism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Flexibility and willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
