The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Home Care Support Worker. You will be responsible for providing care and support to our clients in their own homes, working closely with them to understand their needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
- Assisting with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework
- Following individual care plans and assisting with medication
Requirements:
- No social care experience necessary - we're more interested in your compassion and ability to care
- Resilience and willingness to learn new skills and develop knowledge as part of a close-knit team
