We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team in the LON & SE / T8 / Canterbury area.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to make a difference in the lives of our clients. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in UK caregiving within the past 3 years, with knowledge of care equipment and handling techniques. They will also possess strong teamwork, flexibility, professionalism, and exceptional caregiving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Preparing meals and snacks, and assisting with feeding
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns to the management team
