About the RoleWe are currently seeking a skilled Personal Care Specialist to join our team at Wellgate. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care to adults with autism, physical, and learning disabilities.
Job Description- Provide personal care and support to residents, ensuring their dignity and well-being are maintained at all times.
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders to provide a seamless support network.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support services.
- GCSE or equivalent in English and maths.
- Experience working in a residential care setting, preferably with adults with autism, physical, and learning disabilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
