Job Title: Mental Health Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Mental Health Specialist to join our team at Kent & Medway NHS & Social Care Partnership Trust. As a mental health specialist, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of clients with complex needs and developing co-produced lecturing and training roles.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or Counselling Psychology and be registered with the UKCP or BPS. You will also have significant clinical experience of therapeutic group work with adults with complex and severe personality disorder.

A competitive salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum is offered, depending on experience.

About the Role:

  • Manage a caseload of approximately 16 patients in treatment
  • Develop co-produced lecturing and training roles
  • Offer assessments and run psychodynamic psychotherapy groups with patients in the initial treatment phase
