**Job Description:**

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team providing specialist care to children and young people with mental health needs.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with young people, families, and other healthcare professionals.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • CCT or equivalent qualification.
  • Extensive knowledge of child and adolescent mental health, including neurodevelopment disorders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
