Job Title: Clinical Therapist

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Therapist to join our team at Kent & Medway NHS & Social Care Partnership Trust. As a clinical therapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality therapeutic services to adults with complex emotional difficulties.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or Counselling Psychology and be registered with the UKCP or BPS. You will also have extensive experience in mental health psychotherapy, including working with groups and personality disorders.

A competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum is offered, depending on experience.

About the Role:

  • Deliver MBT-informed/psychodynamic therapy groups in community services
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 16 patients in treatment
  • Undertake high-quality specialist psychological assessments
  • Build collaborative working relationships with colleagues in CMHT/MHT+
