Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Graduate SEN Support Specialist to join their team in Folkestone, supporting primary-aged children with special educational needs.

About the Job

This exciting opportunity allows recent graduates to gain practical experience in special educational needs (SEN) and child development while working closely with teachers, SEN coordinators, and other professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized support to students with SEN, including autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, and social or emotional needs.
  • Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and targeted strategies tailored to each child's unique requirements.
  • Support children one-on-one or in small groups, fostering a positive, inclusive environment.
Salary & Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, you will have access to certified CPD training through our partnership with the National College, with over 2000 courses available.

Requirements:
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply.
  • Legal right to work in the UK.
