Job Description

This role is ideal for recent graduates with a degree in Psychology or a related field, looking to apply their knowledge in a practical setting. As a Special Needs Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers, SEN coordinators, and other professionals to ensure effective, child-centered support.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized support to primary-aged students with SEN, including autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, and social or emotional needs.
  • Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and targeted strategies tailored to each child's unique requirements.
  • Support children one-on-one or in small groups, fostering a positive, inclusive environment.
