About the Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students, providing tailored support to help them thrive academically and socially. Your role will involve assisting with classroom activities, adapting resources, and ensuring a positive learning experience for every child.

  1. Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with special educational needs.
  2. Assist in implementing individual education plans (IEPs).
  3. Collaborate with teachers and SEN staff to deliver effective interventions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support students with special educational needs in a variety of settings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements
  1. Experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar support role.
  2. A genuine commitment to supporting children with special educational needs.
  3. A valid driver's license and access to your own car is essential.
