Job Title: Level 3 Teaching Assistant
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic school community. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our students.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery
- Provide one-to-one support to students as needed
- Contribute to the development of engaging and interactive learning resources
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attainment
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A Level 3 qualification in education or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
