We are looking for an exceptional Year R Primary Teacher to join our team at a Folkestone-based school, working primarily on morning sessions.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering targeted interventions for small groups of around 5 students, enhancing early learning skills and providing additional support where needed.

Job Description:

  • Design and implement small-group interventions for Year R students, focusing on foundational skills in a structured and engaging manner.
  • Offer individual support to students with specific learning needs, promoting confidence and progress in their learning journey.
  • Cultivate a supportive and inclusive environment that fosters student engagement and growth.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in EYFS and SEN.
  • A proven track record of delivering interventions and small-group work, particularly with SEN students.
  • A strong understanding of early childhood development and SEN support.
  • Availability for morning sessions.

Successful applicants can expect a salary of approximately £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
