Dedicated SEN Support Professional Wanted

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to join our team in Folkestone.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated individual who is committed to providing exceptional support to primary-aged pupils with Special Educational Needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs (SEMH), and behavioural challenges.
As an SEN Teaching Assistant with Tradewind Recruitment, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of SEN schools across Folkestone and the surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils with SEN
- Assisting class teachers with lesson preparation and delivery
- Helping to create a welcoming and inclusive learning environment
- Supervising students during school trips and outings
- Breaking down instructions and offering tailored guidance to pupils
