Experienced SEN Support Worker

We are seeking an experienced and organised SEN Teaching Assistant to provide tailored support to secondary-aged students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, with a competitive daily pay rate of £83.33 - £90.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing individualised support to students with SEMH needs, including those with behavioural challenges.
- Offering one-on-one and small group assistance to ensure students' engagement in their learning.
- Collaborating with teachers to prepare and deliver engaging lessons and activities.
- Promoting a positive, inclusive learning environment through classroom support and resource management.
- Supervising and supporting students on school trips and other outings.
- Assisting students with communication and learning by rephrasing instructions and repeating information.
