Job Summary
  • This role involves managing a portfolio of strategic UK accounts, working collaboratively with teams across Aon to deliver workforce transformation for our clients.
  • You will have the opportunity to use psychology to develop data-led solutions and drive strategic workforce change in the ever-growing and competitive UK Market.
Main Responsibilities
  • Managing a portfolio of strategic UK accounts – these might have a global aspect too, so expect to collaborate with global account leads.
  • CRM and pipeline management, accurate forecasting of opportunities and management of your account portfolio.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understanding the competitive landscape and helping us differentiate how we communicate our offers.
  • Maintaining accurate sales pipeline data, tracking opportunities and updating contacts within our CRM.
  • Managing the timeline delivery of sales documents when activating new projects.
  • Openness to travel across the UK when and where needed.
  • Sharing your expertise with the wider commercial team and developing your own skill set.
