We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive to join our dynamic accounting and financial services firm. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering enterprise-grade advisory and compliance services to SMEs across the UK.

About the Role
  • Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Job Type: Full-time.
  • Location: Flexible working arrangements, with regular travel to our offices in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
  • Service Delivery & Team Management: Lead the preparation and review of financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards, provide actionable financial analysis, and oversee tax submissions and audits.
  • Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring smooth engagement delivery, addressing issues promptly, and managing fees, billing, and debtor matters effectively.
  • Business Development: Identify growth opportunities within existing client relationships, collaborate with specialists to deliver integrated services, and contribute to business development efforts, including proposals and pitches.
Requirements
  • Expertise in UK GAAP, IFRS, VAT, and corporation tax.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, Sage).
  • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills.
