Job Details

  • Designing and agreeing the colleague communications strategy for the Insurer Services department (Claims and Fraud)
  • Strengthening alignment between all areas within Insurer Services to ensure effective distribution of colleague comms, including emails and internal pages
  • Supporting the ongoing delivery of the operational communications and engagement strategy
  • Working with all leaders across the department to support the creation and delivery of timely, suitable and effective strategic, planned and ad-hoc colleague comms
  • Managing the creation and distribution of weekly huddle packs and monthly release packs
  • Supporting agreed projects within colleague comms and providing ad-hoc incident comms when needed and maintaining the colleague distribution list



Skills we would love you to have

  • Experience with drafting and delivering communications within an operational function
  • Outstanding communication skills - written presentations, emails etc.
  • Experience in working with stakeholders at all levels and manage expectations

Salary - Attractive salary based on experience (pay reviews also completed each year)
