Digital Communications Executive

Do you love and have a background in creating visually dynamic content? Have you got experience in using Adobe Creative Cloud apps like Premiere Pro and other online design tools like Canva? Do you have some communications experience and want to join a fun, creative, small communications team as we continue to evolve how we communicate at Hastings Direct?
How we work has changed It's a new hybrid working world and it's meant we've also had the chance to switch up how we communicate with our colleagues and potential colleagues and build a digital-first communications strategy.
A flavour of your day to day:
Using your creative flair and experience, you'll be responsible for producing digital and dynamic content that brings our culture, campaigns, stories and key moments to life via our communication channels. These include our new intranet, TV screens, e-newsletters, colleague roadshows, posters, careers website and social media, including writing or editing copy.
The goal? To engage our hybrid working colleagues, nurture a sense of belonging and to attract new talent by sharing our story in the most compelling way. Plus we'll be having plenty of fun along the way
Please bring:
- Good working knowledge and proven experience of producing and editing visual, video or animated material to enhance storytelling - Adobe Creative Cloud apps experience is a must- Good understanding and experience of MS365 apps including Modern SharePoint- Knowledge and understanding of how digital channels, tools and technology help deliver effective internal and external user experiences- A willingness to learn about and embrace new technology and trends- A team player attitude - proactive and organised with a great attention to detail- Experience of working in/with an internal communications team is a bonus
