Job Description

This role involves developing new forecasts around total volumes to include IVR/Chat Bot/Self Served volumes to provide a full channel picture of demand. You will work closely with operation and commercial colleagues to understand performance, iterating forecasts, providing insights around variance and drivers of variance.

3. Iterating forecasts based on performance understanding

Requirements

• Experience in forecasting for digital channels within a contact centre environment
• Strong working knowledge and experience of different types of forecasting/planning methodologies
• Strong analytical skills and ability to provide actionable insights

About the Benefits

This role comes with a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, and includes a range of benefits including flexible working, a 4Cs performance bonus, and access to private healthcare and dental plans.
