Are you ready for a challenging and rewarding role as a People Operations Specialist? At Food Alert, we're growing rapidly and need an experienced professional to drive our people strategy forward.
You will work closely with our leadership team to deliver the People Plan and key HR initiatives, providing support on matters including performance management, training and development, and ER issues. You will manage our reward and recognition programs, colleague engagement, and internal communications.
We're looking for someone with a strong background in HR generalist roles, excellent influencing and communication skills, and a coaching style approach to problem-solving. If you have a growth mindset, commercial acumen, and a passion for driving results, we'd love to hear from you
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and additional holiday enhancements. You'll also receive enhanced sick pay, an Employee Assistance Programme, and more.
