About the Role

St Andrew's Healthcare is currently seeking a highly skilled Credit Control Supervisor to join our team in Northampton. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing the credit control function, ensuring timely and effective recovery of debts from clients.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, offering a salary of £35,000 - £44,000 per annum. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the credit control function, including identifying and pursuing debtors for payment.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports on debt recovery progress.
  • Communicating effectively with clients, colleagues and stakeholders to resolve debt recovery issues.
