Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team at Warner Recruitment Ltd. in Northampton. This is a full-time office-based position, likely to be on an ongoing temporary basis (approximately 3-6 months), with a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.

The successful candidate will be responsible for chasing overdue payments, issuing sales ledger invoices, allocating payments to the sales ledger, dealing with customer queries, creating payment plans, setting up new accounts, credit checking, working to reduce debtor days, supplying copy invoices, and producing monthly debtor reports.

Liaising with relevant contacts to set and analyse credit limits will also be a key aspect of this role.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in customer services, debt collection, or administration, with a strong telephone manner and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.

A degree in Accounting and Finance or studying towards AAT qualifications would be advantageous but not essential.
