Job Title: Debt Recovery Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team in Northampton.

Job Type: Full-time, temporary (3-6 months)

Estimated Salary: £28,000 per annum

About the Role:

  • Recover outstanding debts and manage customer relationships
  • Prepare and issue sales ledger invoices and credit notes
  • Investigate and resolve customer disputes
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email
  • Analyse and interpret financial data to identify trends and opportunities

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in debt recovery or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
