Criminal Justice Recovery Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Criminal Justice Recovery Support Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in the lives of individuals recovering from substance misuse.
As a Criminal Justice Recovery Support Specialist, you will be working closely with Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinators to provide support and guidance to service users. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with caseload management, helping service users navigate their community orders and licence conditions.
This role offers the perfect blend of challenge and reward, allowing you to develop your skills and experience while making a tangible impact on people's lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 key work sessions to support service users in developing recovery plans and achieving their goals.
- Assist with comprehensive assessments, risk management plans, and contribute to the development of individual community recovery plans.
- Support service users in building and maintaining their recovery capital, empowering them to engage in recovery activities within Spring House and the wider community.
- Work closely with partner agencies to ensure seamless delivery of services and effective outcomes for service users.
We estimate the salary for this role to be around £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
