Spring House is a dynamic organization that empowers individuals to transform their lives. As a Criminal Justice Support Specialist, you will collaborate closely with our team to provide comprehensive support services to individuals navigating the criminal justice system.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in the field and develop valuable skills while working in a supportive environment. You will receive comprehensive training and guidance to excel in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one key work sessions, focusing on harm reduction advice and recovery planning.
- Support the Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinator in conducting thorough assessments, risk management plans, and contributing to individual community recovery plans.
- Foster service users' recovery capital by supporting them in building and maintaining their resources.
- Help individuals on community orders or licence conditions achieve their treatment goals and successfully complete requirements.
- Empower service users to engage in recovery activities within Spring House and the wider community.
- Contribute to delivering the criminal justice recovery group.
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Please note that a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check at an enhanced level is required for this role.
