About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Criminal Justice Support Professional. This exciting opportunity will allow you to gain experience in the Criminal Justice field, working closely with our team to support individuals through their community orders and/or licence conditions.
The successful candidate will provide 1:1 key work sessions, assist with comprehensive assessments, and contribute to the development of individual community recovery plans. They will also support service users to build and maintain their recovery capital, engage in recovery activities, and successfully complete their community orders or licence conditions.
Responsibilities- Provide 1:1 key work sessions which include harm reduction advice and recovery planning.
- Support the Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinator to carry out comprehensive assessments, triage, risk assessments, risk management plans, and contribute to the development of individual community recovery plans.
- Support those who use our services to build and maintain their recovery capital.
- Support those on community orders or licence conditions to successfully complete the requirements and reach their treatment goals.
- Support and empower service users to engage in recovery activities both within Spring House and the wider community.
To be considered for this role, you must be 18 years of age or older. This post is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check at an enhanced level. We estimate the salary for this position to be around £20,000-£25,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
